How about renting out your RV?
RV depreciation can mount sometimes faster when a unit is sitting still, than if it is being used, maintained, and rolling down the road on a regular basis.
Kathy and I have put together a program that I think is unique to the industry. If you are thinking about renting out your RV, we are in the position to help.
With the hurricanes coming in one after another, the rental market is good. However, I do not recommend coming into the rental program expecting to make a killing, while sometimes that happens. We have been successful
in making people's RV payments, while renting, maintaining, and storing their units.
All owners coming into the program are rightfully concerned about damage. We have been successful in promoting care among our renters by requiring a security deposit of $1000.00 per rental. All renters are made aware that the unit must come back in the same condition in which it left, in order to retain the deposit.
